01Where we deliver
We deliver to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not currently ship outside the UAE.
02Cost
Shipping is priced per emirate and calculated automatically once a delivery address is entered. The amount appears in the order summary before payment, and nothing is charged until you confirm.
Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold shown at checkout.
03Processing and delivery times
Confirmed orders are prepared within one to two business days. Delivery then takes up to two business days in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and up to three business days elsewhere in the UAE.
Public holidays and circumstances beyond our control may affect these times. We will tell you if a delay is expected.
04Failed delivery
The courier attempts delivery twice. If we cannot reach you, the order returns to our warehouse and we contact you to arrange a new time. A further shipping charge may apply to a third attempt.
Please make sure your phone number and address details are correct when ordering. To change the address on an existing order, contact us immediately at info@intellura.shop.
05Checking your delivery
Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
